In a recent study* conducted by GROHE, we discovered 76% of home buyers think showers provide very different experiences and 85% of home buyers are willing to pay for high quality showers in their homes.

When asked on the reason for their willingness to upgrade to a premium shower system, 47% of home buyers cited that it could enhance their rental and property resale value.

73% of the respondents indicated that when thinking about a premium new build, high quality and durable showers make the master bathroom premium.

The findings also revealed that the top 3 features home buyers consider as a premium shower include precise shower temperature control, water-saving features and adjustable shower spray patterns.

Now more than ever, home buyer’s shower desires play an important role in their property purchase decision making.
